Rapidoo is a pillar in the Italian car repair market. It has been working since 1997 to provide them with innovative services and products.
Challenge
The company's need is to have a single system to manage the entire sales process of consultants, from the acquisition of the first contact to the contract and the evaluation of performance and opportunities. They opt for a customised solution, excluding the use of existing Sales Dept Management platforms, because of the particular requirements they want to meet with CRM. Will HUD's response have satisfied the company?
Hud solution
The design started from an in-depth analysis of the entire workflow and systems the sales department was using. The perception was that the multitude of systems that the consultants were using on a daily basis was slowing down business decisions and providing disorganised and non-functional information. The new system, designed to be as customisable as possible for each user, guides the consultant in the correct management of tasks and an effective reading of trends, thanks also to daily notifications and suggestions. The adoption of the system, which is still being officially tested, will ensure that the company frees up resources from low-value-added activities, entrusting them to AI. All this to achieve the company's goals, while sharing a successful individual vision.
